Me Old China
 Decked
out in a sexy colour palette of black and red by Stiff + Trevillion, it
is immediately obvious that Royal China Baker Street - the Royal China Group's flagship restaurant - is not the kind of
place to serve up prawn crackers that float in their own grease; its menu is a much classier affair, with Gunpowder opting for a
mouthwatering Mandarin fillet steak served up with delectable
egg-fried rice. Our starter and dessert, chicken satay and toffee
banana, were more traditional but no less satisfying. And if seafood is
more your thing, then an oversized tank brimming with lobster and crab
acts as the restaurant's focal point. With room for 86 guests in the main dining room, and space for a further 22
in its private banqueting room, Royal China Baker Street is classy
Chinese without pretentious prices.
