Purple Rain Located at 48 St James's Street, Aura is accessed via a discreet street-level entrance manned by some pretty tough-looking bouncers; but get past them and sharp-suited city types and their Louboutin-wearing other halves can slink down the sleek stairs to the beautiful basement below. Part restaurant, part bar and part club, this sexy subterranean den is where the beautiful people come to play - and boy do they play! As you'd expect, the drinks menu is vast, but Champagne and cocktails are the order of the day; as for the food, it's pretty damn impressive and revolves around fabulous Asian fusion; the dance floor, meanwhile, is always brimming with designer-clad lovelies grinding to sultry R&B.
