Geometry Kills!![]() If anything had it coming, it was geometry; a mathematical concept concerned with size and shape, it is the bane of most children's school lives. It is only later, when we are grown up, do we learn that size (and shape!) isn't everything. Called 'Geometric Homicide', Robert G. Bartholot's photographic illustration series will bring a smile to the face of anyone who has ever been forced to measure right angles. By constructing carefully-crafted imagery, the talented German creative tells a story of sweet revenge using the simplest shapes and boldest colours. It is a collage of sorts, with a childlike style that belies its violent plot. Bartholot doesn't only kill geometry, either; he also also dabbles in fashion photography and graphic design. Seemingly capable of both giving life and graphically taking it away, we suspect the 'G' in the middle of Bartholot's name may stand for 'God'. Just a guess, of course. www.bartholot.net / Images: Robert G. Bartholot
