Bottled Up
The Beat is made up of two separate scents - one for men and the other for women - and is part of Burberry's mission to keep the brand young, hip and trendy. It's even recruited model-of-the-moment Agyness Deyn to be the face of the female fragrance, with Creative Director Christopher Bailey describing the feminine scent as "young, modern, energetic, dynamic, expressive and fun." Slow down Christopher Bailey, we can't keep up! Promoting masculine men who are creative and innovative, the male fragrance comprises leatherwood, vetiver bourbon, cedrat, black pepper and violet leaves, while the women's is made up of bergamot, mandarin, Ceylon tea, cardamon, pink pepper, bluebell iris, white musk, vetiver and cedarwood. With more than a nod to British heritage and style, and packaged in two attractive plaid bottles, these two attitude-packed beauties are the only fragrances to wear out and about in London Town.
