Most Haunted

While some bars claim to be different and end up looking like every other trendy bar in the area, Ghost Inc. takes the current trend for Gothic style and gives it an arty, attitude-packed twist. Designed by Robbie Clydesdale, the interior is an aesthetic wet dream with walls, columns and a dance floor emblazoned with fluorescent graffiti. And if you're thinking the dodgy, often-obscene scrawl seen on late-night underground trains, think again; Clydesdale has enlisted the help of some of the capital's top street artists for the job, meaning those who consider graffiti nothing more than vandalism will eat their words (in this case, quite literally). As well as graffiti, the interior also features in-vogue Gothic furnishings such as oversized mirrors, studded leather booths, Louis XIV chairs, floating candles and sprawling chandeliers. The centrepiece, however, is the Harley Davidson that's propped up in one corner. And it's not only the interior party-goers are getting their leathers on for, either; offering a menu of over 2,000 drinks and cocktails, and music that ranges from rock 'n' roll to electro, Ghost Inc. is the place to see and be seen this winter for in-the-know bar-crawlers.
