In addition to twelve new artworks going on display, culture vultures will also be treated to a Shakespearian festival produced by none other than the prestigious Royal Shakespeare Company. There'll also be a film festival to inspire the next wave of up-and-coming British filmmakers, as well as a spectacular lightshow that will illuminate Windsor Castle. According to city planners, over £70 million is being ploughed into the project. The cultural extravaganza won't only run during the Olympics, either, but will comprise a four-year schedule made up of over 400 events.
