Featuring a flexible fabric that's stretched taut over an articulated frame of metal and carbon fibre, the BMW GINA Light Visionary Model concept is a shape-shifter that alters its form depending on what functions are in use. For example, the headlights are hidden until they are turned on and the doors are concealed until they are opened. Because functions emerge from the shiny silver skin only when in use, the shape is minimalist and aerodynamic, making for a very futuristic aesthetic indeed. There's no word as to whether or not the BMW GINA Light Visionary Model concept will go into production, but we're hoping and praying it does. After all, it isn't everyday car manufacturers completely throw out and rule book to come up with something as visionary as this.
