Mr & Mrs Smith

Snow Queen

Built in 1913, the iconic Gstaad Palace comprises 104 ridiculously luxurious rooms and suites (naturally, we recommend the penthouse suite), two swimming pools, on-site beauty centre, fully-equipped gym, tennis courts, and a new 18-hole golf course. Arguably the best bit about the palace, however, is its 1,800-square-metre spa; complete with saunas, steam baths, Jacuzzis and relaxation areas, it's the perfect place to unwind after a hectic few days on the slopes. Guests don't have to venture far during the evenings, either, with five gourmet restaurants, two bars and the famous GreenGo nightclub on the premises. With majestic architecture, classic interior design and breathtaking views across the Swiss Alps, this regal retreat is the perfect sanctuary for sophisticated ski-bunnies and stylish socialites. Currently closed for renovations that will make it even more fabulous, Gstaad Palace opens its doors again on 8th June.
