With 30 less calories than the original Pepsi recipe – there’s only 90 of the buggers as opposed to 120! – Raw is as slimline and as healthy as soda gets. Made from apple extract, plain caramel colouring, coffee leaf, tantaric acid from grapes, gum arabic from acacia trees, cane sugar and sparkling water, it’s significantly paler in colour and less fizzy than other cola brands, too. Pepsi’s first new brand for 15 years, Raw will help the US soft-drinks firm take back some of the market dominated by Coca-Cola. We, for one, can’t wait to get our lips around it!
