Nevertheless, we've managed to get our heads around the concept of Paula reviving her career, and we think the video to Dance Like There's No Tomorrow is actually quite good. It's not going to be the song of the year and Paula's voice has had the old vocoder once-over, but if that's good enough for Cher than it's certainly good enough for Paula. Plus, the old girl shows us that still as flexible as Madge! With a distinct Janet Jackson-vibe, fluffy lyrics and a video that doesn't look as cheap and nasty as we had imagined, Paula's comeback is actually A-OK. Well done, lass. |
