Scouse House
Comprising 110 rooms - each an homage to the era, from the brown colour palette through to the egg-chairs and shagpile carpets - the hotel sits pretty in a converted historic building in the city centre just across from the world-famous Cavern Club. In addition to the wonderfully-themed suites, the hotel also features the Blakes restaurant, which serves up the type of organic cuisine Linda McCartney would have been proud of, as well as a casual brasserie and stylish bar. What's more, the hotel is brimming with original and specially-commissioned artwork, all of which tells something of The Beatles story. For some fans, the temptation to steal things other than the complimentary soaps and pens may be too hard too resist! All tastefully done, this themed hotel is like a day out at the funfair for die-hard fanatics.
